I'm tired of being tired....
I think now I am recording and restricting my calories, I can't have high calorie pick me ups I was having before....so it is so much harder getting through the day. But seriously I couldn't keep going up in weight, so I will just need to persevere and know that it is going to get better. I am having another iron test on the 13th so hoping to see better results and at least it will let me know if I am going in the right direction and a timeline to getting to normal levels again.
On the upside it is the Great British Bake Off final tonight :) I'm eating light today, so I can have something yummy while watching it :) I'm thinking of trying dairy free icecream - has anyone tried any of the ones of offer?

I'm still tired from my trip to London on Saturday....the real downside of low iron :(
The upside is I had a fantastic day. The show was brilliant - Mcqueen - I found it incredibly emotional and even had a few tears (I am not a crier).
It was lovely spending the day with my son...he is trying a new look....it is really shocking that people still get surprised when a man doesn't conform to a "man image" - hello people we are in 2015...not the bloody dark ages...get over it, there is far more shit to worry about than what someone else chooses to wear or put on their hair and face.

I was thrilled to see my weight down on Saturday :) Although I made poor food choices this weekend with the type of food I ate, I did manage to keep a watch on calories and recorded everything honestly (which stopped me from going totally mad and destroying my good week). So lots of water needed today to get my salt levels down.....
I think tonight I am going to try and do some yoga....It feels like an eternity since I have done any exercise and think a slow start will be good.
I may be raining folks....but remember that misery is a state of mind...not a state of weather :)
