Two hotdog buns, 1/2 ciabatta roll , half a can of baked beans and sweetcorn, 3 shredded chicken breasts ,1 piece of boerewors , 50g shredded lettuce , 1 tomato and some aromat to top it off...

Looking for the best way to get the biggest "bang for my buck" currently doing OMAD and I have about 1800 kcal to use on meal. Can anyone give me any ideas?
