Ok, doing great, eating healthier, exercising more, starting to see results. Daughter's wedding in 5 weeks, need to lose 18 more pounds to meet my goal, which is 3.5 lbs per week. Will try my hardest to succeed.

Whittling down, Yippeee!!! Staying away from the fat mostly. Had a fat day yesterday, the 223 was Saturday Night's weight. I am happy, it is working.

Okay, yesterday was a bad FAT day. I must do better when ordering fast food, but Taco Bell is a weakness. I know I should have had the Fresco, but I went for fat. OOPS! I will work out harder/longer tonight to burn it off.

Ok, I am getting a handle on my weight gain, my trainer said lower the fat content (I didn't think it was too bad); also increase calories (hard to do, but I will try).
Started taking fat burners to help. Need to shed some pounds before my daughter's wedding in August. Crunch time is starting. I have already lost 3 pounds, but won't officially weigh in until Monday. Wish me luck!!)
