I don't know if 123 is a real number but going with it. Have been trying a bit harder so hopefully it is making a difference. Last night I made Ina Garten's Shrimp Scampi recipe with only a fraction of the butter. It was amazing! Also green beans with roasted pecans and mushrooms. SU got a baked potato with his-not me :(. We did have a lovely bottle of champers and I made Eton mess for dessert. Dinner by candlelight listening to McCoy Tyner, wonderful. How I weighed in less this morning is a mystery but maybe Cindyshine is right-fatty indulgence is the way to go?
Life is crazy right now. SO many things pulling at me. Been working on the new house getting it ready for the business. It is looking much better than I imagined. Plan to move in next weekend. I keep thinking of all the tasks to complete-change of address notifications to clients, etc, etc.
Saw my friend on Friday night. Her dog had a seizure and almost died. He had surgery and is home now. He is her furry lover now that she is living alone. He is like one of her kids to me. I've known him since the day he arrived 12 years ago. Lovely dog. I took her out to dinner and we talked until 2 in the morning. It was good. Trying to set her up on a date-problem is I don't know anyone. Bummer.

Ack! Up 3 pounds. I know it's stress. I am not sleeping well (even with the meds) and not taking good care with food and drink. Nothing dramatic-no chocolate or pasta. Been eating out too much and too late.
Had dinner last night and lunch today with contacts at big client. No one knows anything! Looks like nothing will change until end of March at earliest or end of November at latest.
I am a bit of a Debbie downer right now. My best friend is in crisis. Left her husband last year, her brother died in November and she is really struggling with self loathing and loss of identity. I feel really helpless. I know it will get better, but when?
Moving forward with moving biz to new building-moving forward is the mantra.

Another pound I think. Really trying to avoid sugar-still drinking wine though. Which is basically sugar. Uh oh.
Totally stressed out to the point where I am in denial. I feel sort of elated at times. Walking every day and talking it out with SU is helping.
I bought a pair of pink Missoni cargo pants. They look like something I wore when I was ten yrs old. Am I regressing too? Stress will do that. Ha!

Down a pound. Been trying much harder. No temptations left in house. SU took the chocolate for "a ride" last night and it has not been seen since. Ate cauliflower and cabbage for dinner. Exercised this am and walked to office.
The 5 pounds really makes a difference in how my new skinny jeans fit. Did I mention I went on a skinny jeans binge when I got to 120? Nordstrom Rack made me Customer of the Month for November. Shopping days are over now that I took on another mortgage. It's scary! Having lunch with big client next week to see if I am in or out.
