I didn't exercise at all last week. Although I ate within my point range, I think I need to choose better when it comes to snacks. Back to exercising and more thoughtful snacking.

First post ever of food, but I liked the way it looked. Swai fillet with riced cauliflour, beets and green beans. 0 points and totally yummy.

I am now officially back to lifetime since I am within 2 lbs of my WW goal weight. I don't have to pay anymore, yay! I'm not done yet - I still have more to go, but I'm more than halfway there.

So this past week we were supposed to plan for an indulgence. I went to a Brazilian steakhouse with the plan of leaving full, not ill. I accomplished my goal, and lost 1.6 lbs to boot! Glad I started a new exercise routine last week. I know that helped. I am now 2.8 away from my WW lifetime goal weight. So glad I went back.

I'm getting there - slowly, but surely. My original goal weight when I made Lifetime was 142. If you are lifetime and are within 2 lbs of your goal weight you don't have to pay. That's what I am looking forward to next! Got a couple of celebrations coming up this week so I need to be careful not to let them derail me. Have a good week all!
