I survived Liquid Boot Camp...I am very sore but get the day off tomorrow to deal with some family stuff so I am not sure I will be making it to the gym at all. I am feeling good about this week...tomorrow is weigh in and I am nervous....A "friend" is visiting this week so I hope I show a loss. Ready for Thursday to get here so I can get back to working those muscles!

Got my butt kicked at my first step class and I loved it! Feeling pretty good today. A little closer on my calories but high fat day...darn last minute dinners...I do feel a little better though because I could have eaten the full pizza by myself, and in the past I have. Getting a little nervous about my first weigh in after starting this process again. I keep telling myself a loss is a loss no matter how big or small.
I am finding this whole drink more water thing extremely easy this time. For a girl who drinks maybe 20oz of fluids a day to be getting in 8 glasses of water everyday, sometimes more, I think I am doing well.
Getting my membership to the YMCA tomorrow to keep on this positive habit building. Liquid Boot Camp tomorrow....will I survive? Stay tuned to find out!

Oh I hate today....I didn't get in any exercise and I am no where near where I need to be calorie wise but it is already afer 8 I have eaten only because I was starving...Took the middle one to tryouts and it ran much longer than I had anticipated. We will get back on schedule tomorrow, working out in the morning with a buddy and I am soo excited...I may drop dead when I get home but that is worth it!

2500 on the nose, how does that happen? So I managed to go to a birthday party, have two alcoholic beverages and cake and still be in my calorie range. I also went for a nice walk trick or treating with the little one, I feel it was another successful day in the books!

Ok I feel like my pizza calorie count is more accurate now and I had a smoothie to beef up the calories today and give myself a sweet treat since I skipped the cookies at school today...SO PROUD!
