I didn't enter my weight for a couple days. I had going after 142 and I'm now back down to 139.
I made an old family recipe that was just called sweet sour bean soup. Yellow beans, potatoes chopped up, sliced carrots, low sodium chicken broth and Bacon. Seasoned with pepper, sugar flour and apple cider vinegar.
I haven't found nothing any of the cookbooks, and couldn't find it online.
I know the amounts are not quite right and then calories fiber sodium is not quite right either. but I did my best at calculating.
