I'm trying not to be obsessed with weighing myself. I know "they" say you shouldn't do it. But, I need to see the numbers drop quickly. I realize that I won't experience a loss everytime I weigh myself, but I still have to weigh myself. Lol

I got a new scale that records weight, BMI, muscle mass, etc. I'm super excited about it and it has given me a boost of motivation to see those numbers dropping. I just have to discipline myself not to weigh in everyday. I'm bad about that.
