Had a few glasses of wine and a grilled chicken hamburger last night with my mom at a show in JHB, very happy to see that it didn’t budge the scale in the opposite direction

I followed the advise of one of the users and started counting calories instead of following my own rule by eating clean healthy food, what a difference two days can make?
I also upped my water intake and instead of doing an hour cardio at the gym, I decided going for a 3km run on the road and focusing on lean muscle at the gym.
Let’s see what happens when we reach 7days ❤️

Quick question:
I have been gaining weight but have been doing my exercises and eating healthy.
I went for a thyroid test last week and my results came back biochemically normal, but my T4 level were 12 when it is supposed to be between 12-22.
The doctor said that there is nothing else I can do: HELP!
