Well I think having 5 slices of birthday cake in 2 days sabotaged what improvements I had made with my other dietary changes. I'll be back on track today and by Sat. I'll be able to get back into walking.
My Doc. is trying me on an anti-inflammatory for my joints, so hopefully this will help me during the recovery days. With the weather changing, my knees and feet have begun to hurt alot and the weight training makes my shoulders flare up as well. The meds worked last night, it was the first night in a week I was able to sleep. So once it builds up in my system I know I'll be ok.
I plan on putting together a weekly goal list so that I have something to aim for by the following Friday. I want to feel like I accomplished somethign.

Well I went to my Rheumatologist today on my follow-up with the fibromyalgia. She's going to try me on an anti-inflammatory pain killer that won't aggravate my stomach or bowels. This way I can exercise again.
It only takes a little bit of stress or weather to change to make my joints hurt and my muscle rip with pain.
I hope this stuff works because I"m so tired of feeling incapacitated.

My diet is going to get blown to smiterines. It's my birthday today and my bf is attempting to bake a cake. So we'll see.

Well today is the first day that I'm giving up drinking any beverage except water at work. I was so amazed at how much calories I drink on a daily basis. All that fat in the creamers, Eek!
I also have to cut out butter and dressings. I know I can do this. I have before and I know after a few days, I'll be used to it and hopefully it will give me more energy to counteract against the fibromyalgia fatigue.
I plan on starting the abs diet today as well. I have to work with what I have at home food wise for now, and then its food shopping on sat to get things better at home.
My boyfriend is being supportive too. He wants to see me much more energetic and happy with my health.
