Today was soooo rough! I was soooo sick today i think i got food posioning or something because i have not been that violently ill in years!! Ans on the same day i get really sick, its also that time of the month lol! Which explained my unexplained weight gain the other day. All i could end up holding down today was water and crackers. So im sure i went over my 20 net carbs with like 10-15 saltines but oh well. Im sure i wont have a loss this week now but im going to kick a** next week! (thats what i have to tell myself not to get all bummed out lol) Night all!

Ugh!!!!!!! My body really gets me upset sometimes lol. Ive been doing really good, went out to dinn w/ a friend last night and got ceasar salad and made sure to say no to rolls and no croutons! I thought i was in the clear...until...they bring me complimentary garlic chese bread! what a-holes huh?! haha so i ate three tiny bites...not even half a small slice and today the scale syas ive gained 2.5 lbs. can that be right?? I havent even gone over 20 carbs since we started the challenge :(

Ok well i didnt do so well today. I stayed within my 20 carbs but i kept forgetting to eat! lol. I didnt eat until really really late today and i was on the go and got a really fattening salad lol...better than pasta or something but still not great. I felt soooo sick after i ate it, my body is not used to that crap anymore i guess. I didnt eat the rest of the day since i felt icky. So i have to just let today go and remember to eat tomarrow. (AND TRY not to get on the scale since it will most likely not be in my favor lol) I know some of you guys have gone thru the forgetting to eat too lol so at least im not alone in that. Night everybody!!!!

Oops lol...i calculated wrong lol...i said i lost 3 pounds this week, but that was just since my last weigh in on wednesday!! I lost 5 lbs since the challenge start week (Monday). Yeay!!!
