Breakfast jus sawi putih, timun, seledri, pisang 50 gr. Sampingan putih telur 90 gr, alpukat 80 gr total 267 kalori

Breakfast tadi superr kenyang dan Good taste 👌. Yg kiri pembuka: jus seledri sama timun pakai sedikit air kelapa

Dinner sayur kari (vegan thai green curry) tapi kuahnya dikit jadi gk kelihatan. Campuran ada kacang arab (chickpea), tempe, dan tahu kering. Buat protein 23 gr ini full plantbased. Makan besar karna pagi siang gk makan sama sekali (intermittent fasting).

Breakfast fruit salad plate, segini banyaknya gk sampai 250 kalori. Ni gk pake madu/ susu/ mayo, jadi alami manisnya dari buah segar. Seduhnya sama air lemon+ jahe panas (yg kiri gelasnya kepotong)
