I'm pretty impressed with myself today ... I could have done better in the things I ate ... but I haven't had any soda, no fast food, and I walked on the treadmill twice today and walked a mile each time ... that is a HUGE difference from the girl that just a week ago barely got out of bed for anything other than to go to work. ... My legs and hips hurt but I don't care ... I'm going to make this work this time and I know that if I just keep working out then the pain will go away and so will the fat!! I have written down my goals ... I think that by having goals it will help me reach them quicker ... here they are ...
