peeing has tapered off..thank goodness.
Did get out for a walk ..made an effort as the weather is changing and now it will be wet for a couple of days and the winds will be high again which I dislike for walking.
Just started to blow and snow as we came down the hill..and made it home in good time.Just took the big dogs and walked from the house again ..about 40 minutes total at a good pace both up and down the hill..its actualy more of a lope than a hill.
wet icy snow since we got home about 2 inches on the deck railing.
so glad I went..don't usually go so early.

7am

Peeing a LOT..again..I must have been up every hour through the night..this is not good..not sure why this happens "out of the blue".
I had my water down by 6.30 and just a cup of tea at 7.30 whoch I often have. but all day and night peeing on the hour.
Not sure why but yesterday I ate quite a bit more than usual.





Yesterday:

Did go for a long walk to the cove and up the hill yesterdy.took 3 dogs.
Walked from home rather than drive to beach.I tend to think I am in better shape..well I am in better shape than I was..it is a gentle slope but all uphill to the top and I can do it..about 15 minutes at a "good" pace and not be huffing when I get there. Back down ..more leisurely.

It is later I realize these things tire me..my dancing spree the other day..has still tired me.
I don't feel as though I m pushing myself..but then I have to take a break for a couple of days..that is okay.
I did not get much walking in mid feb-March so have to recondition myself. The important thing is that I am doing it and I am definitely in better shape and have more energy compared to last fall.

I finally got to WalMart and checked my weight. (Weight Watchers digital scale) Wanted to more or less verify it.
I suspected I was somewhere around 183-185.
and so my judgement is pretty good..181.8 on that scale.
I was wearing my brown running shoes jeans and light top.
deducted running shoes.
Of course I was hoping a weighed less but again I am feeling a little bloated and as if I am retaining water..especially in my legs.
This seems to come and go.
Hopefully with my net carb reduction down around 20 now will kick in another splash of water loss.
Have not had any PB or yogurt for several days and no craving for it.
Some time back in October I weighed 188 and I know I kept gaining and was likely around 195-200 or so around xmas..(could barely get my coat done up!! which I had just bught in August and it was loose so I could put layers under it..just so so sedentary..that 3 week car trip and lots of fast food..
so I am happy since January 15th or so I have been low carbing (and lost maybe 15 lbs and several inches..)but not Atkins..Atkins just since March 17th...and down to induction carb level just since the 26th I think.
In a way another restart and just finishing my first week of induction but from what I can tell I am already in ketosis..I will stay here though rather and keep these carbs low as long as I can.

Have not danced yet today. went to town and walked the stores..likel will not take the dogs out ither..still a bit fluish;;I am okay with tht..a rest day is good.

I did take the dogs to the beach and played fetch with them for 30 minutes but I did not walk much.
