Even though I had my weakness yesterday at lunch, I still feel like yesterday was a good diet day. Stayed under calories, got in an excellent workout and still had time to rest at the end of the day. I know everyday will not be like this but hopefully I will remember days like this to keep me on track. Everyone slips-the strong and motivated push through and make it happen!

Good healthy day yesterday. Great power walk at lunch and great unexpected workout at the gym! Feeling refreshed!

Well I guess considering it was my birthday this weekend my food intake could have been much worse. I didn't document my drinking but I did not know exact amounts, oops. This week will be better.

Didn't make it to the gym this morning like I had hoped but it's okay because I will be going a lot this weekend and be busy!

I did really well yesterday and felt much better after workout-gotta keep that up! DEFINITELY HELPS BOOST MOOD AND METABOLISM!
