I did a pretty good job following the first 2 1/2 days of the first 4 days :-) of The Flat Belly Diet and I can feel a difference -- it feels good not to feel full all of the time and not giving in to my snacking urges. I wish I hadn't eaten the cookie last night after my daughter's program though, since it's supposed to be just four days of really eating just what the diet says (then it's more of a guideline and changing certain general things).

It was Cole's birthday this week, and so I was really busy and didn't have much time AND there were lots of sweet things around. Lent officially starts for me this week, so I'm going to focus on my Lenten disciplines as well as my weight loss....
