My weight's going to be off again.
My routine has changed due to 'circumstances' and although I realize the best time for a weigh-in is in the morning, it's not going to happen. I'll be weighing myself in the evenings at gym.
This at least has an element of consistency - the same scale, the same time of day.
Of course it'll take time to develop a new base line for comparrison...

Finally something's given. I don't know what's happened but I'm now (very suddenly) losing weight on the scale! I do hope it's fat comming off and not muscle. We'll see how this goes - maybe it's simply a glitch in my metabolism and I suddenly end up where I was: Steady.
