HI ALL!
I really miss all of you around here! It's been a long month since I last checked in, and I know I keep promising to stay up on this site, but something always seems to be happening to me, OR AROUND ME! LOL
As for the diet, I've been sticking to my guns and working out AT LEAST 2 hours every day, except Friday and Saturday. I'm still keeping my carb intake low but the weight refuses to come off! Everyone here at home tries to reassure me by saying I'm swapping muscle for fat...hmmmm. I certainly hope so!
My greatest accomplishment really is the the gym, though. You wanna talk about GUNS! my arms are falling into that description! hee heeee!!
well...back to work! I hope you all are doing great! I'll try to keep up with you, or at least stop by and check in on ya! hugs!!
in the meantime, check out Jake! this kid is 1 1/2 and well into his terrible twos! LOL I asked my daughter how she kept him still long enough to take such adorable pictures and she said that he knocked down the whole backdrop (completely off the rod!) and even fell of the riser before he was done! LOL GO JAKE!!!

I've been running my buns in the gym every day, as usual! nothing has changed! In fact, i'm doing two-a-days! one hour is about the treadmill. and a few hours later I go back to the gym for another hour and do 1/2 hour treadmill, 1/2 bike...and some days mix it up with the weights and sit-ups. I'm slowly but surely getting back to perfect physical fitness...which will be just in time for the hectic work schedules that will soon be happening...spring season is a biggie for the tree nursery!
Diet-wise, i'm still staying on carb controlled eating, and doing very well. I like the difference in energy when that energy source is from the body's breakdown of fat, rather than the immediate use of carbs!
Wow...did I just write a no-nonsense journal? SOMEBODY SLAP ME! lol

What's up ya'll?? I am happy to report a loss of 1.4 pounds...that's the good news! the bad news is that today's is hubby's birthday! that in itself is not the bad news...it's the cake, the fancy dinner, the ice cream! Gracious!! gimme a break with all the good stuff!! I have been a perfect lil angel and someone comes along and knocks my halo off kilter! So, I'll be working hard in the gym tomorrow to repair the damage! I don't foresee any days off in the gym any time soon either!
so what are ya'll up to?? hmmm? DON'T MAKE ME GO AND CHECK!

I'm here I'm here!! I'm back with a vengeance!! Ya'll best be lookin' out! You know what?? I..... have...... been......in.....the....gym! you know what that means people!? Huh? it means that I put in 2 hours and over 12 miles between the treadmill and the bike! YIPEEEEE!! BAD ANDEE IS BAAACKKKKK!

good morning buddies! is January over yet? i tried to sleep thru it, I think! ok, i'm just kidding! But, diet and exercise-wise, it's been a total bust, dude! But...don't worry, that's the way I wanted it to beI don't know about you but I really needed a break from this topic! I feel tortured when every day I wake up, the first thing on my mind is whether or not I gained a pound, or if I'll hit the gym that day! So...long story short; I took January off!
Now, that's not to say that I ate whatever and never exercised! I was conscious of those things completely! I just refused to give in to it! hee hee!
So...back to reality! how are you all doing...now don't lie!!
