I only lost .5 lb this week. I guess better than a gain! I'm kid of bummed out for I thought I lost more. Next week my concentration will be on getting at least 4 days of exercise in for that is a metabolism booster for me.

We took the kids to see The Chipmunks newest movie and I did not partake in soda and movie popcorn, but, however did have raisinets and water. I think I had 1 serving, but wrote down 2 because I'm not sure how much everyone else had. I proud that I didn't sucuumb to the huge ice-creams and mochas!
