Another long day for work. Finally got home; just in time to go to bed, so I can get back to work. Nice to see all the chatter on the mountain today. Hearing all the positivity & support is awesome. See you in the morning gang. Get some rest tonight, so we can get to climbing tomorrow.

Good morning ye climbers of mountains. Let this be a day that breathes motivation & inspiration into your efforts to keep climbing this mountain. Long day for me yesterday, didn't get done with work responsibilities until around 9:00 last night. The big impact on me personally was I missed my Kickboxing class, so I will need to find an intense replacement later in the week. Being out of the office, it was nice to log in last night & see nearly 60 notifications. There was a ton of support going up & down the mountain yesterday. That was awesome to see & even better to read. Keep it up gang. The chain is growing in links & we will leave no one behind. We are peak seekers. To the top!!!

Good morning gang! Welcome to the mountain this glorious morning made for climbing. You guessed it. It is TENACIOUS TUESDAY!!! So let's re-boot our efforts this morning. Let's look at our climb with a more aggressive level of determination. Let's dig in our spikes, lift up those in need of a helping hand, & keep our eyes trained on the peak. If you have fallen off the wagon, today is your day to get back on. We are peak seekers, so let's get to doing what we do as we head for the peak. One special word of note, we had a team member breach the peak & hit her goal yesterday! Congratulation Lettygator! Let's be motivated to see the view from her perspective one day. Onward & upward gang! Onward & upward!

Well, I hate to feel disappointed, but I honestly am. Only lost 2 pounds over the course of the past two weeks. I've stuck to the plan, but there is no avoiding the feeling of frustration. However, I know & must acknowledge that two pounds down, is two pounds down; & furthermore, any pounds down is a win.
I have got to be resolute & confident that my journey started with awareness; will continue with being accepting of the give & take of this process; can only be finished by being tenacious; & being tenacious means I DO NOT QUIT!!! This climb is hard. This climb will make you doubt yourself. This climb will humble you. This climb will make you look in those mirrors, not only to see yourself, but your soul, your fortitude.
I see mine. He's standing there chisel in hand. He's pointing at me. He's screaming at me. "We are forging a New Jon. This Jon is the Jon you seek to be. The road is tough & the way is challenging. You accepted this knowing all theses things. You have walked on new ground & slayed many demons. Turning back is not an option. Now be thankful for what the work has earned you, put your head down, & get back to work. Pick up your hammer, we are chiseling out of this Old Jon shell. New Jon is not a week end project. New Jon is a life change, a new way to live."
I heard him. Hope you can hear yours too. Now let's get back to climbing. See you on the mountain.

Wow! I slept in incredibly late. I never over sleep. I've been getting up at 4:00 am for so long my body wakes me up before the alarm clock. I slept in. I slept peaceful. Going to be very stormy weather in my neck of the woods today, but I'm going to be peaceful. I'm a little lighter mentally & I'm just going to enjoy today. No matter the storms, it's going to be a peaceful day here on the mountain.
