ok so I did bad on Sunday, my normal is to save my cheat meal for Saturdays or Sunday, but went to moms house, and oh she just had to make homemade flour tortillas! Ugh.. But its Monday, and back on track. Also need to work on the comfort eating. Bad day or an arguement does not mean an extra cheat meal..

So still sticking to my new "healthy eating" changing lifestyle.. but havent lost anymore weight. Im trying not to get discouraged, everyone says that your last 10pds are the hardest to loose. But at least I lost the 2pds that I gained last week. Still need to add more exercise!! Just so busy between family, work, and school.. but I need to do it!

on my scale at home set a zero thats what i weigh, so i fure the dr scale is about 7pds off
