Mau nyoba IF 16:8 dulu.. Kalo hari kerja sih biasanya emang gak sempet sarapan.. tapi kalo lg di rumah aja, gak tau tahan apa gak.. :'p
Btw temen2 fs ada yang IF jg? Ngaruh gak sih IF + defcal? Atau sama aja kalo kita defcal aja?

Hari ini tanggal 22 okt 2020 baru cek darah pake stik..
Kolesterol 176 (alhamdulillah yah udah turun.. :)
Asam urat 5,7 (ini juga, alhamdulillah udah normal :)
Gula darah 77 (haha iya rendah banget..)
Gak tau kenapa Gula darahnya begitu padahal siang tadi makan nasi, sore jg udah nyemil. Jadi mau gak mau harus makan nasi, makan kurma..
Tapi yang pasti seneengg banget.. Goal ku jaga pola makan supaya badan lebih sehat..
