Okay. So, Tuesday was surgery. Let me just say, I fell off the "wagon" that day. Finally finished up around 1500 hrs or so. And I ate everything that wasn't nailed down in front of me. I don't know if it was the fact I hadn't eaten all day, or if the surgery had anything to do with it. Yesterday was a little bit better, but still not great. I need to get back in the gym and I need to get back to following my diet. I have already put a few pounds on in two days of eating crap. All that hard work, out the window. I'm down.

Well surgery is Tuesday. I am hoping it doesn't do a number on my weight loss. I will have to limit my activity somewhat, but plan to up the walking. Mostly on the treadmill, but I will wear my Garmin GPS watch thing and calculate my distances that way too. I am nervous that this will really hurt my working out, but I just have to figure out what to do instead. Then, hopefully recovery will only take 4-6 weeks and I will be back to playing softball and rugby, biking, swimming and running in no time. Although I have been running and still plan to afterwards, but maybe not for the first week or two. Everything else has had to stop, but I will be BACK and better. I have lost 14 lbs since I started my diet at the beginning of April and I am not going to relapse back to fat girl.

Of course, today I went and ran 3.25 miles. I was limited by time today, and I felt my best running. I would have kept going and probably got about 6 miles in, but couldn't. I will do my Wii EA Active when I get home from work. It will be a little late at night, but better late than never in my eyes.

Kind of at a stand still. Recorded my fastest mile time yesterday, which is great. Just need to get my stamina up so I can continue to keep that pace for longer. Unfortunately, things are going to change, as I am having shoulder surgery on May 25th, which will certainly put a black cloud over me when it comes to working out. I guess long walks will have to suffice until I will be able to run again. UGH! :( *sad face*
