Day 15 of diet. no progress really except i have been working out almost every day w/ Sarah. got a gym membership @ the YWCA. need to make better eating choices... i definitely need to work harder these days. im just not built like i used to be.

@ home. Going to the gym @ 3pm w/ Sarah though. Ill re-weigh there. Getting older sucks. dont feel too good today- bowling women's league later.

Day 12 of diet. No weight loss shows on the scale, but i can feel that my clothes are a tiny bit baggier. Day 1 of working out @ YWCA. As per above lbs- weighed on scale @ gym. today- Eliptical (5 min), treadmill (30 min) & various weights. No ab workout today.
