So far so good. I've been trying to do some form of exercise every day. If I don't get to the Power90, I'll swim or walk. The Power90 is hard because I really don't enjoy it and it weighs on me. I love to swim so that's much easier to do.

I didn't work out yesterday, but I made healthy food choices, so I'm happy about that. I was showing houses to Stephanie Dasilva most of the day. We went to Chelos and I had salad with grilled chicken. Later. Bertucci's with Cara and I had the same thing

Off to a good start. I got up this morning and did Power 90 sculpt. It was VERY difficult. I couldn't even do the 15 reps and I had to take lots of breaks in between. It shows out really out of shape I am because that tape used to be a breeze for me. It was certainly a reality check on my health, that's for sure! I ordered the Power90 supplements today because they really do aid in recovery. That way I'll be more apt to continue with it because I won't be so sore. It's very hot today and I feel exhausted. I'm just kind of hanging out and reading my book. So far I'm on track for points for the day. Oohh, I discovered a new treat. Weight watcher strawberry yogurt bars. They are 1 pt each and taste exactly like strawberry icecream. I love them!!! I'll be eating one every day for a treat. Yummy!

I stepped on the scale at work at saw a whopping 163 lbs on the scale and it scared me! I have never been this heavy in my life! I feel I'm at that critical decision-making point where I decide to just let myself go or to admit there's a problem and do something about it. I've decided to do the latter. I took my measurements, weighed myself this morning and started on Weight Watchers again. I'm not joining, but will follow the plan. I was going to do South Beach because I know it works so well, but I'm being realistic in the fact this is fruit season and I love fruit. I don't want to go 2 weeks without it. So here goes, wish me luck! My goal is to get back to 142, but I'd be thrilled if I could get to 132. That would be my ultimate goal! :-)

I started the Biggest Loser group at my school. We have until April 16th for the weigh-in. The pot has 180.00 in it. I want to lose the weight because I'm going to Marco Island and I have to wear a bathing suit. I hate bathing suits! Oh well. I was doing great on South Beach. I lost 5 lbs and then I pigged out last Friday on carbs because we had a pot luck luncheon at school and I ate and ate. I continued over the weekend, but I'm back on track now. I also started Power 90 today. My friend Francine came over and we did the sculpt 1-2. It was just what I needed to get motivated. I do cardio tomorrow. Hopefully I won't come up with an excuse.
