So ive drastically fallen off the wagon the last 2 weeks, been going through some complicated stuff which hasn't helped. Despite that though my weight has remained the same, which is nice as I was expecting to have put weight on.
I need to get back on this healthy eating thing though as my insides feel disgusting, I can almost feel the carbs festering away inside of me. So ive planned my meals for the next 4 days, got to say that's not something ive done properly before and its surprisingly tricky. Ive just focused on calories for now as the rest is a bit over my head but once ive got the hang of that I think I really need to look at my sugar intake.
I have also switched from coffee (with sugar) to tea (without sugar), I know its only a small change, but every little helps hey.
I have a motivator next month as I turn 23 on Saturday and don't want to be this big by my next birthday, also my little boy turns 1 on the 16th and im moving him onto proper food rather than baby food so I want to make sure he has a healthy diet and good eating habits. even my other half has decided to try and join in, obviously ill have to alter his meals as he needs his carbs particularly with the job he does, but its a good start.
Hopefully we will all be living much healthier lives by this time next year, once we have that established we can move onto other things

Weigh day Saturday and I cant wait! To be honest im not too sure why because I've got a feeling I wont have lost anything this week due to some snacky food I've been eating, but im still looking forward to it.
Im just interested to see if I will loose any weight, as some weeks when I've been bad I've lost the same (and on some occasions, more) as what I have on a good week.
Something else im going to do as of tomorrow is to make sure I add everything to my food journal in advance (brilliant tip from Chadlius)and try to stick to it but if I do eat anything extra, add it there and then so I don't forget.

today has not been a good day with regards to food. I had a cheese topped roll and a croissant at mums! So annoyed with myself, specially as I done 10mins extra on the cross trainer at the gym this morning, I basically undone the extra work.
Wednesdays are the hardest, because mum always has cakes and tasty fresh rolls at hers and even though she knows im on a diet and shouldn't she always offers them to me. Im sure she only does it to be polite but its frustrating having things waved under my nose (literally) how can anyone resist that, its like she wants me to fail :-/
