I honestly did the program as writtin. I logged everything here. I usually end up doing atkin bars pork rinds and probably to much protien. I don't stay with it then for abvious reasons. I went shopping yesterday and I had atkin bars in my cart I put them back! I bought 1 bag of pork rinds. I haven't opened them yet. Normally they would have been opened an ate on the way home! When I tried this before I bought in multiples. I am not saying you shouldn't eat them but for me I have issues with them. That is not what atkins is all about. I also have stopped drinking diet soda. I used to drink a ton of water then some how it turned into a ton of diet soda. No one thought I could stop drinking it! Well I did, how bout that. Well I hope I don't crack all at once and let it fall to the way side. I do feel so much better! Nothing was working for the bloating. Atkins has truly helped. I need to remember that as I enter my 2nd week of induction! Wish me luck! I love Fat Secret!
