So, my fifteenth wedding anniversary was last Thursday. Then, I had to throw a huge Memorial Day cookout for work, that lasted for three days. (I KNOW how to throw a party!) Needless, to say, I decided that calories did not exist this weekend, and ate like a Fat Girl.
Luckily, I didn't do myself too much damage, and got right back on the horse yesterday. Walked 4 miles yesterday, and 6 miles today. Kept my calories and carbs in-line for the most part these last two days. I am also flushing the water out really quickly and plan on being right back on track by the end of the week.
First time I have really gone without tracking for a few days since the end of August last year. I told myself that I am going to be cheat free until July 4th, since I know I am going to be throwing another knock-em dead party!

7.35 miles today. Boy did I feel it. I should have taken a rest day, but I knew I wouldn't have time to walk the next two days and I didn't want to take 3 days off. So what did I do? Overdid it, of course! Couldn't just take a short walk, no... I had to prove I could do it. Nearly freaking killed me. Learned my lesson... until the next time.

Another 7.25 miles today! This time 4 minutes faster than the last. Had another drop on the scale this morning, and as much water as I have been flushing today, I am hopeful for another tomorrow. Looks like all that frustration that I have been having about the scale not moving is all going away quick. I hope I lose these few pounds I need to change my bar color before I hit another plateau.
