todays the 3rd day of Dukan Diet. feeling better than before. less gluggy. less sugar cravings. high protein makes me feel full all the time :)
ive been eating too many eggs though. going to make sure i only have 2 a day from now on.

im thinking about trying the Dukan Diet. have heard alot of praise about it. Im a big believer in cutting carbs for weight loss so this seems to suit my kind of thinking.
Any of you tried it or doing it?
im desperate for something new. fresh starts :)

starting back on a diet is just the absolute pits after putting on so much weight. its like everything i lose from now on will nust be reversing the damage of the last 2 months. such a waste! pleased to have so many next buddies who are regular FS users to track and motivate each other!

Heres the 7 DAY DETOX Im starting tommorow (monday).

I did it back in February when my weight hit a bit of a plateau. I did it for an event (future music festival) and it was VERY successful. I lost 3.6kg in the week (just under 8 lbs) and my skin was soo clear at the end (its usually pretty bad). Also, I had so much energy and my stomach looked flatter than EVER so i felt amazing.
I'll make a huge batch of 'wonder soup' on tuesday and freeze it to use for the week. This will give me a big cleanse and make me feel a lot better for the footy club event on saturday night.... where my ex will most likely be with his new girlfriend ehhh :( ....
Ill feel great- just need to stick to it!!!! 7 days!
