Losing 2.5 kg a Week

This is going to look weird on my history of weight but I am placing my starting weight in and found a scale that matches what my Drs says so I want that weight represented, so it will look like I lost a ton of weight in 1 day but oh well. I was 300 pounds at the beginning of the year and want to watch it all disappear on the graph the correct way.

Decided to change my goal. Think if I give myself smaller easier to reach goals instead of one BIG goal it will help keep me motivated.

I bought a pair of pants in January that I thought might fit (hate trying clothes on at my size in the store)and I couldn't get them over my hips. This morning I thought "hmm wonder if it has changed at all?" I easily slid them over my hips and was able to fasten them with the old lay down trick!

Starting to feel better about my diet. Guess I just needed to see some improvements to help motivate me. Since joining her 3 weeks and 1 day ago I have lost 15 pounds!
