boleh minta masukannya gak kak, udh bener blm ya saya masih bingung ,kalturator BMR sih 1400kalori,tp aku buat max 1200kalori min 1000kalori perhari nya..TB 165 bb65 makasih

buat smangatin diri aja masih berjuang 10kg lg ke BB ideal 55kg Tb:165
makan kalo bisa 1000kalori/ hari
Workout min 30 mnt ( sminggu libur sehari)
ngatur pola tidur yg susah aku insomnia parah tdr di atas jam 12 mlm bangun jam 7/8 pagi
