Thank God it is Monday! I need to jump-start my exercise and diet routine. Like always, traveling ruined everything I have done so far. It feels like I am starting anew and I ready. I am going to try to make it stick this time.
I HATE the fact that I gain 3 pounds back (it takes so much for me to lose them!) but that's it. I need to lose weight!!!

I am hanging in here. Just trying to wait it out. I have been in NYC since Monday and I have tried my best to eat healthy (snacking on fruits) and not eating all the junk food I want (pizza, Chinese food, fattening frappucinos, etc).
I have been walking a lot. at least 10 blocks each day (not sure how many miles it is) and that's in high heals!
I should be back home tomorrow. I plan to get right back to my healthy eating and exercise

I am a bit worry about next week. I will be traveling to NYC for work. and I always end up more than I should! It also will harder to workout, as there is no gym.
I lose one pound but I am not sure. I think it may be water weight or something

My body feels fit. I don't know how to explain it but my abs are always contracted (from crunches, pilates and yoga), my back and arms are sore but strong (from weight lifting I assume) and I can start to see definition on my body (I hope the cardio is kicking in). However, my weight has not dropped since last Wednesday! (I am a steady 155 lbs).
My BF tells me not to worry as muscles weight more than fat and I've been weight lifting, so it is expected that my weight has been steady. He actually thinks it will increase a bit if I keep lifting.
I am trying to not let that bother me, but I really want to lose the pounds and drop at least a size. I'll try to patient I guess.
