Gained some weight back after my naughty weekend but back on the grind. I have only been at this for a couple of weeks and I am still down a few pounds in total so I am not going to let the gain discourage me. Just going to do better this coming weekend.

Ugh.. the weekends. They are so HARD for me!
I did amazing all last week but had a tattoo appointment on Saturday to continue progress on my sleeve and my diet went out the window as soon as I got home. I craved sugar and carbs and ended up eating poorly both Saturday and Sunday.
Haven't weighed my self but I can feel the bloating.
Time to get back on track for the week and hopefully I can do better this next weekend.

Had salad the last 3 nights in a row and had to mix it up. Doesn’t look like much but these homemade salmon tacos on zero net carb tortillas hit the spot!!

Do you ever wake up and not want to get on the scale because you assume that even though you have done everything right, the scale is going to say you gained weight? That was me this morning but I knew I had been making all of the right choices so I decide to get on the scale anyways.
Another pound down!! I am sure this is the early weight loss that is easier to shake then it will be in the weeks or months going forward but I was very happy to see the drop today :)
