Happy MONDAY! Well after a long weekend (since I took last friday off work) and a pointless Garage Sale I must say I am happy to be back to work!! I have 5 days this week and then I am off for 9 and will enjoy it by the lake with my son and best friend... oooh Vacation!! The plus side is I shouldn't have a problem with counting calories because my grandparents are on some diet restrictions and in exchance for them letting me stay an entire week, I do the cooking.
I must also share my dinner last night.... I went to a bbq and my sisters and didn't know until after I was done eating that her roomie has converted to Vegetarian and cut out dairy... so partial Vegan I suppose.... Annnywhoooo I had a Vegan Italian Sausage and it was delish!!!! Also I tried Jalapeno Hummus, and if you think you loved hummus before and haven't tried the Jalapeno I Would HIGHLY recommend it!!! Took my love of Hummus to a new level!!!! Also my brother made this amazing Garbanzo Bean salad with spinach and roasted red peppers and garlic and topped it with fresh Cilantro... MmmMMmmmMmmmm....
Ok now off to WORK - have fun!

Well with all the graduation parties I can say I am honestly surprised I haven't gained MORE!! But... I did cut back a smidge on my Alcohol intake.
However, I messed up my knee really bad 2 saturday ago and it is still swollen a bit and hurts if I bend it all the way so it is putting a damper on some of my working out. I am hoping I will just wake up and everything will be OK...
Yesterday I ate a lot of MEAT!!! But I just was craving it.... so I think for lunch today I will do a salad with some chick peas and beets I don't know why that sounds great.. but it does!!
