Well, I guess I feel guilty about taking yesterday off with exercising...because I've already done 1/2 of my normal exercise routine...and fixing to finish it up. I never get my exercise in this early. I tend to postpone most of it until right before bed.
Why do I dread exercising so much??? I feel so much better after working out!! I've decided I have to get this exercise done fourth thing in the morning.
1st-going to the restroom, 2nd-weighing myself (daily habit) 3rd-fix my breakfast and getting the kids on the bus (weekdays) and 4th-my stretching, walk/run, pilates & cardio!! That would make for an energetic day!!
Maybe I will get that started tomorrow...I don't have the kids this weekend, so I slept in today and probably will tomorrow...but I can try to make my workout be the 4th thing I do upon waking...we'll see!!
Hopefully I will see some results this next Friday...Not going to get discouraged over no results. This is my new way of thinking!! Nothing will change my new way of life :)

Did well today except for the foundation veggies. Theres always tomorrow...Usually I get the 12-15 a day! I'm overly excited to start my May Work-Out tomorrow. I have upped it by ALOT but nothing I can't do. :)

I believe TOM is causing me to see no movement on the scales. I'm sick of 188 lbs! I wanna see 180 SOON!!!
I have been exercising 20-30 mins and walking/jogging 25 minutes every day this week except for today. I plan on getting some exercises in today -just haven't yet...I should have walked, but just so sore from the past 3 days! So, I'll take one day off from walking/jogging and get back to it tomorrow!! I will atleast get 20 minutes of exercising in today...better than nothing ;)
