I just started on WW again today. I signed up for meetings also for the next 8 weeks. I am excited. My leader has lost 105 lbs after trying WW 4 times. She looks good and I can relate to her. She said it took her 1 1/2 years to do it. So thats what I am kind of looking at. I joined the meetings again because I am looking for buddy to help me and be accountable to. I hope I can make this work this time. I just want to feel better, confident, energetic, happy and healthy. This is my goal!

Well, I am starting over on weight watchers. Today is my second day and yesturday I ate alot of food. I think I had 55 points in one day. That is a lot! But I know where they come from and for me that is huge. The sundae I had last night was 22 points alone. Now I know I need to eat a smaller sundae or something else. This is good.
