One week finally passed and I did incredible. This is the best. The diet has not been hard at all. It takes some will power for sure. But the recipes are so yummy it is like you are not missing anything!

I went to the gym last night. Walked 1/2 a mile on the treadmill and did 2 miles on the bike. Burnt about 100 calories in total. When I weighed in this morning I was at 287.6 lbs. I know I will have to break my diet a little this weekend because of EID and I have to go to someone's house so I cannot not eat what the lady cooked. I will only eat very little and eat regularly during the rest of the day. I hope it doesn't through me off track. I really want to keep this going. I have been doing incredibly.
