I made the BEST chicken and peppers last night! Since we can have a tbls of BBQ sauce as an extra, and unlimited mustard... I mixed that together with some H2O to make a sauce. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces and when it was almost done, tossed some of the sauce on and continued cooking - made a GREAT glaze!! (Really good with red and yellow peppers!)

Well, weighing in today sucked big time... although I knew I was bad over the weekend, and ALMOST skipped it.... BUT I figured I had to own up to what I did and get right back on track! I really wish I could to Take Off, but I am told since I am still nursing the girls I can't. So I am trying to bust my butt and excersize and eat right this week, hopefully the scale will start going in the correct direction!!!

Well, I weighed in today and lost nor gained an ounce... Ugh! It frustrates me a bit. I feel like just cheating today in spite, but am trying to control myself. I can't even explain how hard it is to control it sometimes! lol - really, I am posting an entry to help take my mind off of it and to keep focused... Wish me luck in my endevour... Off to brush my teeth and cross my fingers that I can forget about those damn doritos!!!
