I gained and then I lost again... i am back to 160. I havent posted or signed in for a long while, but I have been dedicated for about a month and lost 18 lbs. My hope was to lose 25 in a month but I am feeling better again. I even went down 2 sizes without noticing until I had to buy a dress for a wedding!!! YAY! Back on track and staying there this time!!

I'm a litte sad about only 1 lb!! I have been jogging between 30-45 minutes 3 times a week, and eating perfectly~! WTHeck is wrong?!?! I kno I know 1 lb is still 1 but gosh it feels soooooooooooooooooo frustrating!!!!

Has anyone ever tried Phentermine? My thyroid is now in check and my doctor will issue me an RX for it. Lots of concerns with it though... any thoughts would help! :)

I had planned on weighing myself once a week but couldn't wait! I was fairly happy with my result. 4 Days and 2.5 lbs isnt't bad, but I'm guessing it's water weight right now. I have been running and eating WAY better, so I will stay the course and hopefully the scale will reflect that! Have a great day!
