found a new (to me) app. to help me with my walking, cycling. conquorer. you pay for the challenge.... but you can pick a challenge. a virtual marathon. 26.3 miles... up to great wall of china. 2000 miles. I picked hadrian's wall 90 mile. have a look. if you want to challenge your self and see progress. and get a reward at the end... the medals are very nice... plus the company plant trees for your progress... actual trees... real life. 9 mile bike ride today gave me a good start...
