so I used to be a member at LA fitness but it was kinda expensive and kinda far from home so I cancelled it. I started only doing at home workout routines and I LOVED it! been doing that for a year now. But I literally just found out that my college has a gym! And it's FREE!!! So I started going there.

At the gym I do 10 minutes of running on the treadmill, 10 minutes of floor exercise, And 10 minutes weight lifting for a total of 30 minutes and repeat if I have time.

Its been SOOOOOO good! Im still getting used to working out in public again though...it's a little awkward....and the gym is relatively small so i seem to be in the way often 😅 also my last gym had a sauna and this one doesn't 🤷 oh well. I've been going for a week and have seen many results!! looking forward to my new workout schedule!!!
