so I used to be a member at LA fitness but it was kinda expensive and kinda far from home so I cancelled it. I started only doing at home workout routines and I LOVED it! been doing that for a year now. But I literally just found out that my college has a gym! And it's FREE!!! So I started going there.
At the gym I do 10 minutes of running on the treadmill, 10 minutes of floor exercise, And 10 minutes weight lifting for a total of 30 minutes and repeat if I have time.
Its been SOOOOOO good! Im still getting used to working out in public again though...it's a little awkward....and the gym is relatively small so i seem to be in the way often 😅 also my last gym had a sauna and this one doesn't 🤷 oh well. I've been going for a week and have seen many results!! looking forward to my new workout schedule!!!

yes! dropped significantly since my trip!!! So close to my goal too!!! I'm so excited to complete that goal and start the next!

I made overnight oats and man it looks good!!! I love grinding up almonds and sprinkling it on top of my oats because it looks like snow :)

sorry aboit the qualiy of the pic. But i made a super yummy sweet potato waffle topped with a fried egg and avocado and I just had to share it!! #gluten-free #dairy-free

I made this super yummy yogurt with chia seeds, and almonds!!! looks like chrismas already!! :)
