endlich geht's langsam rauf, wobei das heute vermutlich ein hoch ist, da ich 2 Tage Abends notgedrungen Nudeln gegessen habe. im Mittel dürfte es bei etwa 97kg liegen. Training läuft super. z.B. Brustpresse am 26.01 65kg x 5,5,4,3 Wiederholungen. 5 Trainingseinheiten für Brust später (16.02), 65kg x 9,9,9,8. Nächste Einheit wird auf 70 oder 75 kg angehoben um bei 4-6 Wiederholungen zu landen. 💪
