Teman-teman mohon sarannya. kira sebaiknya setel target kalori intake untuk fatlose berapa ya?? (Tinggi 170cm, berat 74.8kg, usia 18.5 tahun)
dan for the rest of the day bagusnya makan apa ya yang mudah di cari? untuk menuhin serat atau apapun yang kurang
