So, had a skip day yesterday. Not a good idea. 207 on the scale. :( But it's alright, today is a new day.

It's a great day and a new morning! Thanking the Lord for another digit dropped on the scale :) I'm so excited to get that 2 that's before the first 2 numbers to a 1! Soon, soon!!!
I am so Stuffed!!! Didn't need 3 tacos!! Didn't need to keep snacking on chips. Didn't need to finish the tres leches cake!!! Should have stopped when my body was crying out! Ugh! Sorry, Lord!!! I kept under my calorie content, but I'm miserable. Definitly learned a lesson!!!
Thankfully, tomorrow is another day.

So here I am again. Counting calories seems to work for me. Thank You, Father for showing me what to do. And for the Holy Spirit's guidance. It's fun to eat whatever you want, as long as you are keeping track and not going over. Today was a blessed and yummy day :)
