bacon mushrooms toasted wholemeal pitta & tinned tomatoes. a nice start to my day.

curled up with a mug of home made broccoli chilli & avacado soup. sounds disgusting but it's so tasty. I'm just not sure how to work out the calories per cup although the whole pot worked out at 275 calories.

bacon tomatoes mushrooms & toasted wholemeal pitta bread washed down with a pear & caramel herbal tea. At only 5 calories a cup its really quite nice .

toasted pitta bread with spicy scrambled eggs. it actually tastes nicer than it looks.
