Well... this morning I had a great result from my veggie drink of beetroot, carrot, celery, parsley, lemon, ginger, 2tbls of ACV and water. No gallstones though 👎🏽. There was a also a leaving lunch at work today and I succumbed. I might even actually have used all of my daily calories for a change!! Lol!! 👏🏽👏🏽

Went to Berlin for a week so didn’t really stick to my low protein diet. Ate good food though, with no snacky processed foods. Haven’t put on any weight but did develop the gall bladder pain again, so back to low protein high carb diet. Haven’t passed any stones for two weeks! Let’s see how this week goes.

My goal is predominately to shift gallstones but with the lack of protein in my diet at the moment, I’m losing weight. I’m happy with that.
