Martabak coklatnya kak... segini totalnya cuma 350 kalori ajaa... kenyang, bandingin sama martabak biasa 1 potong aja kalorinya udah 250an saking bergula dan berminyak nya 😅

Pagi2 sarapan bubur? Eitsss ini bahannya oatmeal yah bukan nasi plus diksi sayuran jamur dan topping telur 1/2 matang hmmm bubur abang2 mah kalah, kalori dibawah 300 aman ❤️😍

Yum selamat makan siang, diet harus tetap makn enak dan bergizi... dori bolognese with creamy spinach (pakai susu skimmed milk jd rendah kalori)
