I so appreciate when people provide support. It is like a special gift when I check the app.
I went to the store and got healthy and tasty items I can cook so I feel like I am having something special instead of diet food. Lol.
I got on my cycle today and got a 25 minute workout in! Lord I am out of shape but I have to start somewhere. Felt really good to work up a sweat!
I plan to jump back on tomorrow! My husband wants to go to a sports bar tomorrow evening before we go to an outdoor concert😅. I have to figure out what I will eat. Hoping he gets out of work late and we can pack a picnic. I have a plan for that! Hope everyone had a great day!

So, I am back. Have been on a bad road of not taking care of myself. Started to exercise and get on track and then got injured. Back to recovery and minimal movement and comfort eating. So sad that I take such poor care of myself. Trying to turn that around and to be more positive. I need to start taking care of myself. I hope I can hang in there this time. So tired of loosing and gaining the same weight over and over 🥲

Seriously? Back up .2 ? Even with staying under my calories ? Why why why😭😭. Have to go to a Cinco de Mayo party … how am I going to not gain 20 pounds by tomorrow! UGH! On Thurs. I sat at lunch with my kale and mixed green salad with lintels and watched the skinny bitches all eat pizza. ( my salad was good though) Yesterday, I thought the world turned upside down b/c I walked into work and there was a full breakfast spread.. WHAT? My job only hands out more stress, they are so cheap, we have to take turns buying coffee for the kitchen … ok.. well they did give us a water dispenser… there is that… now..by breakfast, I mean a breakfast dessert spread .. no protein … watched everyone dive in.. not me! Later found out the breakfast came from a client.. 😂All is well with the world.. our boss is still cheap! Now a 3rd day of food watching😭. If I had at least lost a little, I would have more incentive … so hard to not just throw up my hands and give up! I am being good and still not loosing… I am going to try and be strong…

Very Very slow progress… but progress non the less… my first reaction was to be disappointed! Hoping for more… but then I remembered that I am trying to be kinder to myself. I made progress and progress is progress. I am eating well… no cheats at all… meaning if I did have something that would not be considered “diet” such as a glass of wine, I was still under my calorie allotment. No processed sugar! No desserts that aren’t fruit. I need to recognize that this is progress and it is not just about the weight. Although for me, the weight thing feels pretty big.
I also get to share my feelings, struggles and success with such a great community. This is the one thing I have never done before when dieting … I think it is making a big difference! Thanks for being such a supportive community

Ok, I am going to rant! I ate the fewest number of calories yesterday and gained .2..: 🤬 I wasn’t going to log it cause I was so discouraged … then I said… bleep it… I am trying to stay accountable ../ log it … complain about it and then get on with it. My biggest fear was saying bleep it and have some ice cream … so far so good. Stayed way under … ate clean .. drinking lots of water and hopefully tomorrow my weight will head in the right direction
