Finished 100 crunches and 30 minutes of walking!
Doing good and lovin it!

So I got in my running walking routine today. 60 sec jogging and 90 seconds walking for 20 minutes with a 5 minute warm up and cool down for a total of 30 mintues!
I then did 70 crunches!! I did 25 regular, 25 reverse, and 20 on the side....I plan on doing 30 more when I get home to do a total of 100 for the day. I am doing the 100 crunch a day challenge!
I feel so good right now, it really feels so good to exercise in the morning! It gives you a lot of energy for your day!

*update*
I finished the last of my hundred crunches! My abs will be sore tomorrow!!!

Today is hard....I want to eat everything!! I also need to exercise today to stay on track for my goal of 3x a week....and I really dont want to do that....ahhh I hate these days

Bacon, Bacon, Bacon, and some more Bacon!
Today was a little hard. I really really wanted to cheat but I didn't! I ate too much bacon this morning and it made me feel sick....my eyes were bigger than my stomach. So I didn't eat anything for lunch b/c I felt so gross most of the day from the bacon.
My house smells like bacon and I dont know how to get it out. I am going to be cooking it a lot on this diet and I hate the smell it leaves in the house....does anybody have a good idea on how to get the smell out once your done cooking?

I ran today! I did a 5 minute warm up walk and then did intervals of 60 seconds jogging and 90 seconds walking for 20 minutes. It sounded a lot easier than it was. I didnt realize how out of shape I was! 3 minutes into walking I was already tired and my legs burned. I felt so good once I was done though!
Joined the group Walk 30 minutes a day today! I plan on doing my running program 3x a week and then walking on the other days.
Second day and everything is going well! I am still feeling very excited, I know that it will start getting harder. I feel ready though!
