Radiotherapy finished a week ago, just the twice yearly bone infusions to go now, not cutting out very much at the moment as away fishing for a week for our 40th Anniversary. I have precooked lots of food that can just be popped in the oven, plus bottles of bubbles so will start cutting out more on our return.

After today only 3 more Radiotherapy sessions to go, not really been dieting just not having so many evening snacks.

First Radiotherapy done and dusted, had huge fish and chips on the way home and only just over my daily calories.

Well I am coming to the end of my cancer treatment and after putting on so much weight I'm going to work really hard to get back down. I think it's going to be a hard slog. I have to maintain for the next 14 days until my Radiotherapy finishes though. I can do this though, especially after this crappie year.
